If your Volkswagen or Porsche left the factory with an aircooled engine, it’s more than welcome at Pre79.
Held at our new venue Carney Pools, Staffordshire, ST18 0XE.
With camping available at the Carney Pools campsite having full facilities, a cafe and shop onsite too. Located in rural Staffordshire with loads to do if you want to make a long weekend of it.
Saturday is evening entertainment only,
Sunday the gates open at 10am and the show runs till around 3 to 4pm.
What’s happening at Pre79:
- Saturday evening live music & entertainment (advance tickets only)
- Sunday is the Aircooled show:
- Aircooled vehicle car park, making a huge show and shine, with trophies from our show sponsors awarded on the day.
- Special displays for OG Paint, Air ride, Back to ’89, Cal Look, Early Bay and Type 3 line ups, plus more to follow.
- Technical workshops from Aircooled school – a programme of 15 to 20 minute workshops focusing on basic maintenance topics to give you the confidence to keep your aircooled on the road.
- Interviews / Q&A sessions with well known names and experts in the VW scene as well as the people behind show winning and interesting cars.
- Throughout the day there is live music including Tom Dibb and plenty of entertainment for the kids.
- Lots of popular aircooled parts and merchandise suppliers.
- The sought-after aircooled only autojumble.
- Aircooled Volkswagen and Porsche club displays.
- Food traders.
